Easy Booking

An appointment calendar will be available on the website. Clients will be able to schedule the first meet and greet appointment with the pet sitter and pay a deposit of forty percent (40%) of the cost of the services.
This first meeting is used to meet the owner of the animals and the animals to be kept. The caretaker will take notes on the specifications requested by the owner of the animals and the latter will show him how he wishes things to be done in his absence.
The pet sitter also answers all customer questions.

Payment and Safe de Security

At the end of the first meeting appointment, the client completes the payment of the the deposit of forty percent (40%) of the total cost of the services chosen according to the dates and/or or packages program with the pet sitter. A security box is loaned to the client so that he can hang it either on the outside door handle or somewhere outside his home that he has chosen and specified to the animal sitter to leave there. the keys to his home.
The safe is locked with a code known only to the customer and the pet sitter.
The pet sitter will return on the scheduled dates chosen by the client. He will collect the keys from the safe and enter the home to carry out his work, which will mainly consist of our following basic service offer

Transparency and Pets Supported

The service is completely filmed and the video is sent to customers to ensure full transparency in order to reassure customers that their animals are well treated.
The service includes the following pets: Dogs, cats, birds, rodents and fish.

After Pet Sitting

The pet sitting is filmed from the opening to the closing of the client's home door. The video is sent to the client at the end of the pet sitting, and the keys are placed back in the secure box. This way, when the client returns home, they can immediately retrieve these keys. The pet sitter will return to collect the secure box following the client's return, on a future date.
The secure box is left outside the home for easy retrieval and to not disturb the client. The client will then receive the service invoice via email, including the deduction of their pre-paid forty percent (40%) deposit of the total service cost.
The client has a period of thirty (30) days, following the invoice date, to settle the invoice in full.
